What ever happened to tasers, pepper-sprays,.. nightsticks??? What ever happened to 'Protect' & Serve? Why would you shoot a man, a mother's son, several times, in front of her after she tells you he's bipolar and poses no threat!? And to show no remorse; have the balls to cuff a dead body, to hear that poor mother scream in shock and awe. Why would she ever trust to call the cops again? Not suprised if this get dropped just like everything else. I'm disgusted!
